Thirsty Lady Cruises

We had a sunset cruise and over the next 2 days went to 2 snorkeling locations and saw sea turtles, sharks, fish and coral galore.

The marinas we spent the nights in were beautiful with great amenities and even better views. We loved exploring duval street when docked in town and swam while watching a movie by one of the 6 pool at the other.

This is a sailboat not a luxury yacht so its more like spending the night in a Rv than a hotel or house. We cooked dinner on the boat twice and had everything we needed.

We all have tans and are tired from all the adventures but the kids are already begging to come back and do it again.

We were traveling from Marco Island and we wish we would have taken the key west ferry instead of the drive. It was a long drive.

The first marina my teen girls loved swimming in- I wish we would have arrived earlier on day 1 to swim more.

Other than that- great trip! Pat gave us great recommendations for things to do and where to eat!

  Staying on the Thirsty Lady was a lot of fun for my family. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids (9,6) which worked fine on... read more the boat. Capt. Pat and PJ were awesome and despite poor sea conditions still took us out on the water for a sunset cruise. The sailboat handled the conditions very well and Capt. Pat’s years of experience shined. The other plus were the accommodations at the local marinas are top notch. So even though you feel like you are camping out on a sailboat a bit. Getting to use the ocean edge and downtown key west marina facilities balances out perfectly well. I would re-book a stay on the Thirsty lady again. My family had a great time.
